The healthcare providers (doctor, nurse practitioner, physician assistant) shown on this map have been provided by registry participants as the healthcare providers treating their PSC. If your healthcare provider is not on this list, it only means that they have not been submitted by a registry participant.

This map currently contains all providers submitted prior to 2024. The Registry is currently updating the procedure for registry participants to submit new healthcare provider information.

Inclusion or absence in the PSC Partners Patient Registry map of healthcare providers does not indicate an endorsement of any kind by PSC Partners Seeking a Cure. The information is as reported by the participants and may include information that has changed due to change in location or other factors. Please send a note to registrycoordinator@pscpartners.org with any inaccurate information and the data will be updated periodically.
